MARYSVILLE, Wash. - Marysville Police are looking for a 21-year-old murder suspect after he failed to appear at a Superior Court hearing Tuesday.

A Superior Court judge issued a $1,000,000 arrest warrant for Murder 2nd Degree for Tulalip man James D Fryberg after he failed to appear for a bail revocation hearing.

Fryberg is accused in the death of a 15-month-old baby in May 2009.

Fryberg's last known residence was on the Tulalip Reservation just west of Marysville. His current whereabouts are unknown.

He is described as Native American, 21 years old, 5-foot-11, about 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Police are asking that anyone who knows the whereabouts of Fryberg call 911 to report his location.

But really now, this was a good day for my family and for Damoniko's memory. We have been praying for one of the judges to set a higher bail for this murderer.Every time we sit in that courtroom he and his family always have a smirk and a bad attitude like we are in the wrong for wanting justice for our baby boy.I know that Lil d's daddy was dancin' a lil' jig for this one...

Well I am amazed.....first, that they finally charged one of these baby abusers with murder 2 and not some lesser charge! It's about time we take it seriously and quit slapping these baby killers on the wrist. I still wish they would make it murder 1, but maybe there was no premeditation? Second, that they let him bail out, then expected him to come back to get his bail revoked? Just why would he come back anyway? There must be more to the story here. We surely need some tightening up of bail regulations with violent offenders like this. NO BAIL!

Answer this question... Why was he out on bail in the first place? Was it the same judge that let Maurice Clemmons out? Just curious.
