REDMOND, Wash. – A 37-year-old Bellevue man was arrested for drunken driving early Wednesday after he rolled his pick-up truck on Highway 520 in Redmond.
The State patrol says the man was driving a Dodge Ram truck at a high speed on eastbound 520 at about 1:30 a.m. when he took the exit to West Lake Sammamish Parkway.
He lost control, rolled the truck, and then ran from the scene. There was no one else in the truck.
A canine tracked the man and found him on the Microsoft Campus.
The State Patrol said the man, who had minor injuries to his head, hands and arms, was very intoxicated.
He was taken to Overlake Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries and processed for DUI.
The truck was totalled.
