LACEY, Wash. -- Fire destroyed a Lacey home, and investigators don't believe it was an accident.

It happened Wednesday afternoon at the house located on Ryan Street.  Lacey firefighters were able to capture the raging flames through GoPro cameras attached to helmets.

Investigators believe Travis Landshut, who was staying at the home, set it on fire after an argument with roommates. Court documents reveal Landshut told investigators he was under the influence and hearing voices. Court documents also reveal no one should have been living in the home once belonging to Landshut's stepfather because it's under foreclosure.

Nicholas Scanlon was living there with Landshut and describes the moments leading up the fire.

"I left because Travis was mad, and by the time I came back, there was fire out the window," said Scanlon.

While bail was set for $250,000 for the arson charge, Landshut is in jail without bail from a previous charge.
