SEATTLE - Police are investigating an early morning home invasion robbery in which a number of rifles and guns were taken.
Police say it was just after 3:30 a.m. when they got the call about the invasion at a south Seattle home in the 7900 block of 4th Avenue SW.
When officers arrived on the scene they were told three armed suspects forced their way into the home. The suspects tied up the homeowner, a woman said to be in her 60s, a man in his 30s who is living in the home and his girlfriend.
According to the police, the suspects stole an unknown number of rifles and handguns and took two vehicles.
"It is quite possible this is not random, that this particular house was targeted," said Seattle Police spokesman Mark Jameson."
No one was injured.
