Six members of a Mason County High School baseball team have been disciplined after an incident involving moonshine.

The boys from Mary M. Knight High School were accused of drinking moonshine on a bus ride to and from a game last week.

Mary M Knight School District Superintendent Beth Daneker told KING5 News details surrounding the incident are confidential since it involves student discipline. She did however confirm the boys' actions will force the high school team to forfeit two non-league games that were scheduled against Pope John Paul High School.

Daneker said the team had 12 members in all. The action comes at the end of the regular season, which ended Friday.
