SEATTLE – Dick's Drive-In has been hacked.

The famous Seattle burger chain says someone has broke into its website and spiked the numbers on a poll that asks customers where Dick's should put its next restaurant.

"We know who you are and we're pulling your burger privileges," said Dick's on its Facebook page.

So, Dick's says it's "scrubbing" the numbers and hopes to have the accurate count up by Thursday. Until then, they say keep voting here.

As annoying as it is for a hacker to get into this situation, at least it is not an earth-shattering situation, like hacking into the CIA. I wish I could go to Dick's, as much as I've heard about the place, but they don't open until10:30 AM (I'm usually by there much earlier) and always have long lines and no place left to park.

Who cares, Dicks are greasy lousy burgers that I'm even reluctant to call "burgers". Guess they finally saved up their change from all the ketchup the cheap bums have the nerve to sell to open another store. Whoppee. I hope they go broke.

ritabita, maybe it's really ***Dick's love Bothell!!!***. That sounds about right. Think a good location is West Seattle, since putting one on the Eastside and South Seattle would be a waste since the Eastside just like Cali-concept food, while one in South Seattle would just turn it into a gang-infested dump, just like the surrounding neighborhood. Oh... maybe one in Bothell, if they really love Dick's. Haahaahaa.....

North Lynnwood / South Everett would be perfect. They'd get huge amounts of business.

"Don't call a script-kiddie a 'hacker'" The MSM wasn't able to tell the difference between a cracker and a hacker. Do you think they'll be able to figure out what a script-kiddie is? :P

The need to put one in West Seattle. And why is the pole going for up north? They have a ton up there. Not that I eat burgers like that, but its nice to have one near by when you crave one :) Besides, Dick's Burgers is awsome! Share the love!

Dick's is desperately needed out in the Bothell area. The PERFECT place to put one is the Bothell Landing where there is an currently an extensive renovation of the business area and waterfront going on. ***Bothell loves Dick's!!*** That just sounds so wrong.....I'd kill for a deluxe right now.....
