Teamsters drivers were back on the job for Waste Management Thursday, but the City of Seattle still plans to fine the company for failing to provide garbage and recycling service in some neighborhoods on Wednesday and Thursday.

News on just how much the company will be penalized could come Friday.

Seattle residents who are dealing with overflowing bins can take up to six bags of garbage or yard waste to one of the city's two transfer stations; recycling is always free.
