If you happen to be in or around Federal Way sometime over the next two weeks, and you're feeling the need to check out some amazing holiday light displays, there's one neighborhood that is a must-see.

For years, residents of this block just south of Redondo have gone all out, lighting up their homes with lights and decorations. It's become a real attraction – to the point that cars create a mini-traffic jam just to get a look.

The attached slide show just gives you a glimpse of the intricate displays, which probably give the homeowners a good kick in the power bill. My apologies for some of the photos being a bit blurry. We had to shoot them quickly because of the cars waiting behind us.

A sign located at the entrance says the displays will be lit up every night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. until Jan. 1.

The entrance to the neighborhood is located at 1st Avenue S. and S. 300th Place. To get there, take Exit 143 off Interstate 5 and head West on S. 320th Street. Take a right at 1st Avenue S. and head north until you get to S. 300th Place. The displays go all the way around the block.

We know there are more neighborhoods like this one we haven't heard about. If you know of one, post the location in the comments area so others can enjoy.
