LAKEWOOD, Wash. – A crash between a FedEx truck and a WSDOT attenuator truck spent packages spilling onto northbound Interstate 5 at the height of rush hour Monday afternoon.

The accident near 84th Street happened just after 3 p.m. Two hours later, the backup extended at least five miles.

There was no immediate word on what led to the crash or how severe the injuries were.

When I was living in LA I had ordered a custom exhaust for my old BMW. Anyway, I was taking a break from studying and watching TV. The program was interrupted and they started showing a high speed chase. It came to a close like and hour later and ended in either in Ventura or maybe downtown LA I can't remember. Point is, it ended when it hit a FedEX truck. I told my girlfriend that its so late to arrive already, it may as well be in there. Well, it was. Had to wait another two weeks for a new one to be sent. I wonder what those odds were.
