EVERETT, Wash. -- More details are emerging about a sinking situation for homeowners in one Everett neighborhood.
A landslide has caused several homes to slide in the Valley View neighborhood, along Burl Avenue and Panaview Boulevard.
One home has shifted five feet from its last position; investigators said it's moving much more quickly. It's called a "deep seated movement," but not on the surface. Investigators said it's too early to tell when the home might collapse.
Meanwhile, two nearby homes have been red tagged, meaning they have been declared unsafe to enter. A third home has been marked with a yellow tag, allowing limited access.
