Minority groups feel shut out of Seattle police reform process

They call it a travesty of justice. A coalition of minority groups says it's fed up with the lack of transparency between the Department of Justice and the City of Seattle. The two sides have been negotiating on ways to reform the Seattle Police Department, and the coalition says it has a right to be at the bargaining table.

These are the same minority groups that brought the excessive force complaint to the DOJ in the first place and got the feds involved. Now they feel like they're being shut out.
