Driver suffers medical emergency, crashes truck into Auburn business

AUBURN, Wash. - A man who suffered a medical emergency while driving crashed his truck into a business in Auburn Thursday morning.

The man in his 50s ran his full sized pickup into Auburn Chiropractic Clinic in the 1400 block of Auburn Way North around 11:30 a.m. The building's exterior wall collapsed from the impact, prompting everyone inside to evacuate. No one in the building was injured.

Paramedics performed CPR on the man and were still at the scene as of 1 p.m.  His condition is unknown.

One northbound lane of Auburn Way North is blocked from M St. to the 1300 block of Auburn Way North.

Headline should read, "Driver crashes pick up truck into Auburn business". At least the article describes it as a "full size pick up". Unless it has Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack etc on the name plate, it's not a truck. Getting off soapbox now.
