A Redmond couple was robbed at gunpoint as they arrived home early Saturday morning.

Police say at about 1:30 a.m., the couple parked their vehicle in the 2500 block of 173rd Place NE in Redmond and were immediately approached by two suspects armed with handguns.

The victims were held at gunpoint and robbed of cash, jewelry and personal items. 

One victim sustained minor injuries but did not require medical attention. 

The suspects got into a two-tone older model vehicle, possibly a truck with a canopy or SUV, and fled westbound on NE 24th St. 

Suspect No. 1 is described as being black, in his 30s, about 5-11 to 6 feet with a thin build. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants

Suspect No. 2 is black, about 35, 6-foot-2 with a thin build. He was wearing dark clothing.
