Three pedestrians - including a 4-year-old boy - were hurt when they were hit by a car in North Seattle on Wednesday afternoon.

Seattle Police say at 3:25 p.m. officers responded to the report of a vehicle/pedestrian collision at NE 50th Street and University Way NE.

Preliminary information indicates that a female driver of a silver 2002 Toyota Prius was involved in a collision with three pedestrians.

A four-year-old male pedestrian, the boy's mother and another woman were taken to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

All were in stable condition.

Another child, a sister of the 4-year-old, was not injured in the collision but was transported with her mother.

Police are investigating.
