"Criminals, we're watching." That's the message from a new neighborhood watch group on Seattle's Capitol Hill. A string of high profile crimes in the area has created a call to action. KING 5's Mitch Pittman reports from Seattle Central Community College, where residents were beginning their anti-crime rallies.
