SEATTLE - They put out a call for help.

Now, the Rainer Valley Food Bank in Seattle is giving away its food to other food banks desperate for donations.
Last week, burglars ripped off Thanksgiving meals from the food bank. Ever since then, boxes upon boxes of donations have been pouring in.
"The funny thing is we had a couple hundred pounds of potatoes stolen last Wednesday and today we probably have, I don't even know how many thousands of pounds that folks have donated in the last three, four days," said Sam Osborne, Rainer Valley Food Bank.
Now, they're paying it forward by spreading the love to other food banks in need in Seattle.
"We're all in this together. We're all in the business of feeding people, helping folks in need. And if one of my fellow food bank directors has a hole in inventory and I can help fill that for tomorrow, for example, I'd be very happy to do that," said Osborne.
The need is great. St. Vincent de Paul had an unprecedented amount of people looking for food Tuesday morning.
The Tacoma Rescue Mission hopes to serve a thousand people on Thanksgiving Day, but their shelves are bare and they still need 2,000 more turkeys.
"If we had a couple thousand people step up and say, 'I'm going to donate this free turkey that I received or I'm going to buy a turkey on behalf of the hungry,' that would make a huge difference," said David Curry, Tacoma Rescue Mission.
