Bumbershoot kicks off at Seattle Center

Bumbershoot, North America's largest urban arts festival, gets under way this weekend in Seattle.  In its 40th year, the festival features groundbreaking local, national, and international talent.

Here are the details on how you can be a part of this weekend's festivities.
