PORT LUDLOW, Wash. – A large boat ended up high and dry on some rocks near Port Ludlow on Sunday morning and several KING 5 viewers sent in photos.
The photos show the boat precariously perched about eight feet above the water on Klas Rocks at Matts Matts Bay.
John Macfarlane, a boater who snapped photos of the scene, said Coast Guard vessel assist was working on a repair. They got the boat safely off the rocks on Sunday afternoon.
It's not known how the boat ended up on the rocks, which Macfarlane said are clearly marked.
