Arrest made in Olympia homicide

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Olympia Police have arrested a 48-year-old man they believe shot and killed another man earlier this month.

On Nov. 16 police found 40-year-old Shaun Allen Peterson dead on Capitol Way and 18th Avenue.

On Friday night they arrested the suspected shooter after the car he was driving was involved in an accident in Lewis County.

Police say he was treated for minor injuries and will be booked into the Lewis County jail on first degree murder charges.
