ARLINGTON, Wash. – An Arlington home was damaged by fire early Sunday and the Red Cross is helping the family of four who live there.
Multiple fire units were dispatched to the 20000 block of 67th Drive NE just before 1 a.m. Firefighters found flames coming from the front porch, roof and interior of the large two-story home.
Crews began with an offensive attack, but were forced to go defensive due to rapid fire spread.
No injuries were reported.
Fire crews remained on the scene for several hours to continue to put out hot spots.
The Snohomish County Fire Marshall's Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
