Flooding damaged at least three units in a condo building in Mukilteo on Wednesday morning.
Several inches of water filled the condos located on the 5300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard.
A pump failed and debris clogged the storm drain located 20 feet from the ground-level apartments.
Firefighters cleared the drain and standing water, but several inches of rain are expected to fall throughout the day.
If you see a clogged drain, country officials encourage you to clear the debris as water can back up quickly.
