5th suspect in bus tunnel assault arrested

SEATTLE - The five suspect involved in the transit tunnel assault of a 15-year-old girl has been arrested. That  incident occurred on Jan. 28, and was first reported by KING 5 News.

KING5 News has learned that 17-year-old Quashawn Monroe, also known as “Savage,” was arrested Wednesday evening.

Earlier in the day, police distributed a flier with photos of Monroe. It showed Monroe has the words "young savage" tattooed on his forearms. Sources say the fliers helped lead to Monroe's arrest.

@stryker...it's a boy. Please re-read the article carefully. The first paragraph refers to the female victim which you likely got confused and later refers to the tattoo of the suspect on "his arms". The article has some other typos which is common in these quickly written articles on KING5 so that might lend to some confusion.

What hope does this person have of becoming a decent human being of this world ? This person wants to be in prison. Home grown to commit crimes against the world. Angry and ignorant ready to attack like a caged animal let loose. This is a case where you lock it up and throw away the key.
