5 chair exercises you can do at home

You don't have to go to a gym or kill yourself to get in a good workout. Here are five tips from Lionel Balland of Academy Athletics for five exercises that you can do from a chair.

For this set of chair exercises, do 12-15 reps, 3 times each.

- Push Ups

- Ab Knee Pull Ups

- Dips

- Step Ups

- Hamstring Lifts
