Homeowner facing pre-foreclosure can't get answers in writing

A University of Washington professor is told her home is in pre-foreclosure.  The only problem?  She's not behind on her payments.  When the bank couldn't give her any answers, she decided to get Jesse.

They really don't care about the customer. If you think they do then you are in the wrong world. They will do everything in their power to steal your house. The only reason that this was resolved was because Jessie put a camera in their face.

Wells Fargo, what a joke. The A Holes they employ need to be beaten with a stick. Especially that cow from the North Renton branch.
