KENMORE, Wash. - From the first time Geniva Deal set eyes on Sarah Palin, the Kenmore resident seemed to truly understand her.

Jesse Jones: "So you've connected with her struggle?"

Geniva Deal: "Absolutely, I did. I did. And everything she said and everything that she went through with her family, I've been there."

In November, Sarahpac, the former vice-presidential candidate's political action committee, offered a signed copy of her new book "Going Rogue," to anyone who donated more than $100. Geniva sent $150 in November and still no book.

"So I've sent lots of e-mails, and called their office in Arlington and have not received any reply other than to say the books are being shipped out on Dec. 18," said Geniva.

If the book was sent out then Geniva would have it by now, right Sarah? In an earlier speech Palin said, "We are united in this recognizing that justice has been delayed. Let this not be justice denied."

O.K. Just kidding. But Geniva isn't.

"I don't care who you are. If you promise and you can't deliver then I'm not going to hold back," she said.

So Geniva called me and I tried to get a hold of Palin.

First, I called Fox News. They told me no dice. I e-mailed and texted her handlers. Three days later, no reply. So, I then looked up the Sarahpac's filings with the Federal Election Commission and found the treasurer, Timothy Crawford. I shot him a note and three days later, guess what?

"I received it, I got my book. I said I can't believe it, Jesse came through, you done good!" said Geniva.

It looks to be a freshly signed copy.

"It's right there and I know it isn't a stamp. I know it wasn't stamped because it bled through. It's genuine stuff," said Geniva.

Geniva says she doesn't blame Palin for the mix-up. However, she should make sure her donation is properly filed by Sarahpac. If it's not, she could be dealing with some inquiring feds in the future.
