Washington state takes steps to revoke the license of a towing company owned by a Bonney Lake municipal judge.
The Department of Licensing is asking for a revocation of Bonney Lake judge Ronald Heslop's towing license.
The state says it's found more than 20 violations against Judge Heslop's company, Puyallup Towing.
The state is asking for a one year revocation of his towing license and a $23,000 fine.
The judge has 20 days to respond to the state's allegations.
