1. Secondhand Lions: The 5th Avenue Theatre is producing a new musical based on the 2003 movie about a young boy's idyll on his uncles' Texas ranch. See it as it prepares to move to Broadway.
2. "Air Twyla": Pacific Northwest Ballet has a world-renowned choreographer in residence this year - Twyla Tharp, dancemaker for stage and screen. The company's first program of the year is devoted to her works, including the enchanting "Nine Sinatra Songs."
3. KUBE Haunted House: Every year, as dark descends on the Northwest, KUBE invites you into its haunted house in the bowels of SoDo. Go if you dare, this Friday and Saturday through Halloween.
