Seattle Library offers summer reading program for kids

Childen who have fewer opportunities to read over the summer will likely find themselves behind when compared to their classmates in the fall. Statistics show reading scores for those children who don't read over the summer will be lower than they were in the spring.  To that end, the Seattle Public Library has developed a summer reading program.
