Nothing keeps Logan from rooting on his Seahawks. The 9-year-old has been battling kidney disease for four years and has spent much of his young life in and out of the hospital. One such hospital stay landed on Sunday, Jan. 19 when the Seahawks faced the 49ers in the NFC Championship game.

Logan couldn't wear his jersey because of the wires and IVs, but that didn't stop him from showing off his "Beast Mode" spirit. His mom says Logan even asked for a new nurse because his nurse was wearing 49ers gear. KING 5 posted the above photo on Facebook and asked for the 12th man to send him "Get Well" wishes. And in 12th Man fashion, fans got loud! More than 40,000 people showed their support for Logan through the KING 5 Facebook page.

After the Seahawks beat the 49ers, we received this new photo of Logan and a message from his mom, Hayley: "I can't thank you enough for posting the pictures of my son Logan in the hospital. We never dreamed us sharing his love of the Seahawks would garnish so much attention. He told me today that this is the most exciting thing that's ever happened to him."

According to mom, "Logan woke up THRILLED that his Seahawks won! And also got good news, his lab results are looking better, so here's to praying for more improvement on his kidney function! YAY! Go Hawks! Thanks to all the 12's for the prayers and support for Logan! He's grateful, and so am I for putting such a smile on my son's face today! ♥♥♥"

KING 5 was so inspired by Logan, we wanted to share him with viewers during "The Social Beat" on KING 5 News at 9 p.m. You can watch the clip in the video above.

The best news of all is that all of the support from the 12th Man helped lift Logan's spirits and he was able to leave the hospital. Mom Hayley shared these photos of Logan back home:

Here's a message from Logan and his mom directly to you, 12th Man: "THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Logan is THRILLED with all of the outpouring of love, support and prayers"
