SEATAC, Wash. -- The King County Sheriff's Office says two people were shot inside a car in SeaTac Thursday morning and the shooter or shooters are on the loose.
The sheriff’s office says it received calls around 1:15 a.m. Thursday about shots fired near Washington Memorial Park.
Deputies found a victim, a man in his 30’s, who ran from the shooting scene and collapsed in a bank parking lot with at least one gunshot wound. He was transported to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.
The second victim from that same car left the scene before deputies arrived and checked himself into Highline Medical Center with a gunshot wound.
The car the men were in crashed into several parked cars in an apartment parking lot.
Detectives say witness accounts are not very clear.
It’s still unknown if this was a random shooting or if the victims were specifically targeted.
