EVERETT, Wash. -- Two brothers were arrested Monday, just hours after police said they shot two people at the Dos Reales Family Mexican Restaurant in Everett.
The men, only identified as 26 and 22-year-old brothers, were located through interviews with witnesses and surveillance video from the restaurant.
They were arrested without incident at their Marysville home, on the 9700 block of 59th Drive Northeast.
Witnesses said one of the men became angry after being asked to leave at closing time around 2 a.m. Police said the man went to his car, pulled out a handgun and starting firing several rounds into the restaurant, located at 1100 Broadway Avenue.
When police arrived at the scene, they found two men inside had been shot and injured and the suspects had fled.
One of the victims has been released from the hospital. The other victim remains in guarded condition.
