Seattle Police Department hopes a composite sketch will help them catch the man who gunned down a driver in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood over a week ago.

Detectives believe Yancy Noll, 43, was a victim of road rage. Officers responding to shots fired in the 7500 block of 15th Avenue NE on September 1 found Noll sitting in the driver's seat of his maroon Subaru, which had stopped in the middle of the street. Noll had sustained several gunshot wounds.

Noll was transported to Harborview Medical Center, where he later died.

Police have narrowed down the description of the suspect's car: a silver 2002-2008 BMW Z4 convertible with a black interior.

For reasons not known, detectives believe the suspect was so enraged that he pulled up alongside Noll in the oncoming traffic lanes as Noll stopped at the red light. Police say the suspect shot at Noll multiple times and in the process shot out his own passenger window. The suspect was last speeding away down 15 Avenue NE.

Anyone with information about this incident or may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect or his vehicle is asked to call 911 or the Seattle Police Department Homicide Tip Line at 206-233-5000. Anonymous tips are also welcome on the Crime Stoppers line at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
