Seattle police are investigating a bank robbery that happened at the Washington Federal Bank in the 9300 block of Rainier Avenue in south Seattle.

Police say the suspect fired one round during the robbery midday Wednesday. No injuries have been reported.

Schools near the scene of the robery are currently in shelter-in-place while police search for the suspect, described as a black male in his 30s, wearing a curly wig, sunglasses and a brown rain coat.
