Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn's new budget would add 450 more at-risk teens to the city's Youth Violence Prevention Initiative.
The mayor said Thursday that his budget plan would extend hours at city community centers -- adding 10 hours per week at centers located in neighborhoods where violence is a problem.
