Police are investigating a fatal shooting after a man was found dead in his car in Seattle’s Rainier Valley Wednesday morning.
A Seattle Police spokesperson said neighbors called 911 to report shots fired around 12:30 a.m. in the area of Rainier Avenue South and South Austin Street.
Police said the victim was shot several times. Neighbors told police the victim lived in his car and was likely sleeping at the time of the shooting.
It’s the same intersection two men were shot, one was killed, on April 10.
Police are asking that anyone with information about the shooting to call 911 or the Seattle Police Homicide Tip Line at 206-233-5000. Anonymous tips are welcome.
