A Skagit County judge set bail for Lamar Blackstock at $250,000 Thursday.

Blackstock is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and one county of vehicular assault for a crash on State Route 20 near Anacortes.

The second charge of vehicular homicide was upgraded after 17-year-old Janesah Goheen died on Monday at Harborview Medical Center. The wreck also killed her twin sister, Janeah, and injured their friend who was in the car.

The three girls were driving to a Halloween celebration in Seattle when an oncoming car crossed the center line and hit the girls head on. The impact was so severe the girls had to be cut from their car.

The state patrol says the driver who hit them was actually accelerating at the time.
