The Bellevue Police Department is trying to identify a witness who may have been with the victim of the shooting at Munchbar.
Early on December 24, 2012, 30-year-old Deshawn Milliken was killed after being shot multiple times. Another person was seriously injured by gunfire.
Ja'Mari JOnes, a 19-year-old Renton man, pleaded not guilty to murder.
The witness is a black male who was a wearing a white hat that night.
