The Powerball jackpot is up to $550 million after there was no winner on Wednesday, May 15.

This is the second largest jackpot in history. On November 28, 2012, the Powerball jackpot reached $587.5 million.

Today's total is enough money for every person in Washington, approximately 6.9 million, to go out for a nice dinner of up to $75.

The next drawing is set for Saturday, May 18 at 8 p.m.

In addition, the Mega Millions jackpot rose to $190 million on Tuesday, which is enough to buy every Washington resident a ticket to a summer baseball game ($27). The next Mega Millions drawing will take place on Friday, May 17 at 8 p.m.

Here are few other things the potential $550 million Powerball winner could buy:
- Buy each resident in Jefferson County (30,050) a brand new jet ski jacket (up to $18,000)
- Buy VIP summer concert tickets (up to $460) for all of Yakima County, Spokane County, Clark County, and Douglas County.
- Take all of Chelan, Snohomish, and King Counties paragliding over the Washington mountains (up to $200).
