There's a new Web site where you can get a laptop computer, and it won't cost you more than $28.
"Swap It Green" is like a giant garage sale on the web. The site's creator says that unlike other bartering or free-for-the-taking sites (Craigslist, Kashless.Org), SwapItGreen.com offers many categories of goods.
Basically, you list something you're willing to give away, and you get "trading points." You use those trading points to trade for something else you see on the site.

You pay a small "administrative fee" to the Web site and the "seller" (the person who you're trading with) pays to ship the item(s) to you.
If you watch our story, you can see a clear example of how it works.
