Hi Tim, The Snoqualmie Valley Hospital District offers a $30 per month primary care program. Members choose a clinic in North Bend, Snoqualmie or Fall City and schedule appointments as needed for preventative care,chronic disease management and in-office procedures. Also for same or next day evaluations for minor injuries like cuts or sprains as well as illnesses such as cough, cold, etc. A $5 per visit fee applies as does a one time $45 set-up fee. Specialty and emergency room care are not included.
