A brownie pan promises to make even squares with no mess. It costs $20 and it's a food product, so it didn't take long for Jesse to buy it.

I have had my brownie pan for some time now. I have never had lopsided brownies like the ones you got out of the oven. You have to spread the dough evenly and then put in the divider, put the pan in the center of the oven and at the proper temperature. My brownies come out perfect every time. Cleanup is no trouble at all. Luvs_Brownies

The video was really bad. Ninety percent of the sound doesn't come through at all so I got absolutely no benefit out of trying to watch this. And the woman Jesse used to bake the brownies came across as whiny. But I would like to see a RE-DO because anyone with 1/3 of a brain would know if you OFF SET THE PAN IN THE OVEN YOU HAVE TO ROTATE IT HALF WAY THROUGH. as for clean up - uhmmm that is why dishwashers were invented. Re-do this segment.

I still think it is a pretty good gift though. I ended up picking one up at buyperfectbrowniepan.com. They had free shipping. My wife kept asking about it...so I had to get one for her for christmas..

If the brownie pan was in the center of the oven instead of to the side it may have cooked evenly. Cleaning 3 pieces instead of 1 isn't a big deal if you just put it in the dishwasher. Most already own a pan & knife, so in this economy its just not a necessary purchase. ;o) Thanks Jesse for trying this for us!
