Have trouble going to sleep at night? Do you toss and turn? Wake up and have a hard time falling back to sleep?

Many people are now turning to technology to help them fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.

One popular free app is called 'Simply Noise.'  It creates a lower sound frequency that generates a deep rumble.

The app promises it aids sleep, calms children and can even pacify pets.

Another app that many of you told us you use is called 'Smart Alarm.'

It's basically an alarm clock in your phone that wakes you up when you're in your lightest sleep phase.

It does this by analyzing your sleep phases. Your phone can measure tilt and motion and that detects your movements during the night.
