Ugandan chess champion shares love of the game with Seattle students

A chess champion from Africa is in Seattle this week to share her story and talk about the power of chess. 

Chess helped take 16-year-old Phiona Mutesi from the slums of Katwe to international chess competitions.

This week, the chess prodigy met with students at West Seattle Elementary, where chess is part of the curriculum.
