Seattle police are asking the public's help in identifying and finding a man wanted in a sexual assault in the Belltown neighborhood last month.
Police say on Saturday, January 18 around 1 a.m., a woman was walking near 2nd Avenue and Clay Street when she was attacked by a man. The man sexually assaulted her, then fled.
The man is described as a Hispanic male in his mid 20s, about 5'8" tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a dark coat, sweatshirt and long baggy shorts.
Police issued a description sketch and surveillance video of the suspect taken before the attack.
