SEATTLE -- The Seattle City Council is starting the process of asking voters to fund a new seawall along the city's waterfront.

More than 70 years old, the seawall is crumbling and considered dangerous in an earthquake. The latest version for the seawall project will cost an estimated $325 million.

The council will decide in July whether to put a seawall bond measure on the November ballot.

Below is the seawall presentation viewed by the council on Monday.
