Sailing is a favorite pastime for many in the Pacific Northwest and it is a great activity for kids as well. Sail Sandpoint's mission is to get every child out on the water regardless of their skill or financial ability.

From lessons and summer camps, to races and adventure sailing, the club caters to all levels. The non-profit also takes out groups of underprivileged children daily so that they have the opportunity to get out on the water.

Sail Sandpoint is open 7 days a week during the summer and offers an 'open boating' program where kids that already know how to sail,  have access to boats year-round for one dollar per year.
