SEATTLE -- Another company is adorning the windows of downtown Seattle with depictions of a classic video game using Post-It Notes.

Filter, a digital solutions company, has covered its 6th floor windows with a recreation of the original level one of the Super Mario Bros. video game.

To see it for yourself, the building is located on Pike Street between 4th and 5th avenues.

A couple weeks ago, some software companies made news on Pine Street near 1st Avenue by trying to one-up each other creating Post-It Note video game characters.

My daughter and I saw one of the window groupings from a south-looking window in the IBM building at 1200 5th Street. Didn't know it was part of a series!

Create random acts of art. Try to make a mark on this planet that actually means something. Even if that art is only temporary, you've affected someone, somewhere.

Sorry @Goforit, but this was done after hours with volunteer time from people who work 50 hours or more a week. Time to lighten the mood around Westlake!!

If they were union they would be too lazy to this. I think it's good fun that allows others to enjoy their creativity. It's also private sector so who cares if the company allows this or not.

There is surely something productive in here somewhere but I can't help but feel sad for everyone who is unemployed, watching people with jobs and healthcare benefits making pictures on the windows of the offices above them and getting paid for it... Don't get me wrong, I love some quirky, creative fun at work. But at some point this just starts to reveal a lot of people with too much time on their hands, and a company that can afford to pay people to do nothing and waste paper.
