Seattle Police find missing man with Alzheimers

Seattle police are searching for a missing man with Alzheimers in the Ballard neighborhood. Charles "Chuck" Cornell, 66, left his home around 7:30 a.m. Sept. 26, 2013. Cornell was last seen wearing a green nylon jacket, dark pants and black tennis shoes.

Seattle police located a missing man in Seattle's Wallingford area and reunited him with his family. Charles "Chuck" Cornell, 66, has Alzheimer's and hadn't been seen sine he left his Ballard home around 7:30 a.m. today.

His is a white male, around 5 feet, 7 inches and 190 pounds. Cornell is balding with salt and pepper hair. He also has a full mustache.

Cornell was last seen wearing a green nylon jacket, dark pants and black tennis shoes. He wears a medical tag on his wrist.

Anyone who sees Cornell is asked to call 911.
