The rumors are true! John Keister, Pat Cashman and Chris Cashman will star in a new comedy show - "The 206" - that will premiere on KING and KONG in January.
Speculation had been swirling for months after videos featuring the former stars of “Almost Live” began appearing on YouTube.
A Facebook page offered this tease: “They're back! Almost! Seattle is ALMOST funny again-Get the drift? We really don't want to have to spell it out in a stinking bio! Just stay tuned! Sheesh.”
Now it’s official. The 206, a half-hour show featuring live and pre-recorded sketches, will premiere on KING and KONG on Jan. 5 and 6, 2013. It will air immediately following Saturday Night Live on KING5, and 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sunday on KONG.
Recording of the first two episodes takes place at Mighty Media Studios on Dec. 29. The show is already sold out.
