SEATTLE – Greyhound has to find a new home for its Seattle bus station and is looking at King Street Station as an option.

Greyhound is being evicted from its home at 811 Stewart Street, where it's existed since 1928, so the property can be redeveloped. Greyhound must be out by April 2013.

Moving to King Street Station next to Century Link Field would be a tight fit, but it would put the bus station close to Amtrak as well as provide easy access to the Sounder commuter train, bus lines and Link Light Rail.

The city is working to help with the relocation.
